It may not have been riveting, tabloidesque or even exciting. However McCown’s segment tonight with the concussion doctor’s was really good. They answered a ton of questions about how they happen, how to prevent them and how to treat them. One of the doctors, Dr. Charles “Husky” Tator is a renowned expert on the subject and he Dr. Paul Echlin did a phenomenal job breaking down this troubling condition that seems to afflict more and more hockey players each and every season. There is a big summit coming up in London Ontario this week. If you are a hockey fan I highly suggest listening to the clip.
