Much like his hitters, J.P. struck out

Sounds like he tried to do a couple of things to help his club, but in fine form, like his players he was unable to connect….

Jays do nothing….

  1. i’ll come at you from the other way, i think JP just took a base on balls.

i’m reading that the Pirates were offering us Jason Bay…for Travis Snider and Shaun Marcum. Snider is a can’t miss prospect, our top prospect, and is more than holding his own in AA ball, while being one of the youngest guys in the league. he might get a september call up.

another one i read was Lind and Marcum for Bay. if JP was half the moron everyone thinks he is, he would have mortgaged the future and made the deal and brought great Canadian boy Bay to the Jays outfield. but he didn’t. kudos to JP. even with his team in the shitter and his job on the line, he didn’t take the easy way out.
